Delivered Upper Riccarton/Ilam Wastewater upgrade

Exploring installing net provisions across basketball and football areas across the city

Removed Antonio Halls historic provision to help them develop
Allowed development in the Deans Avenue Salesyards encouraging housing

$2 million investment into stage 2 of the Christchurch Youth Hub
invested $100k into a mobile youth hub for our local rangatahi
Supported the redevelopment and future investment of Te Ngira - Multicultural Centre
